The Dots work in a very simple way: First you need to download our app from the App Store or Android. Then, on the app, you connect to the Dots via Bluetooth. Once connected, launch any drill available on the app.
The Voon Football Pro is designed for academies and clubs training on football pitches. It’s ideal for striking distances of 2 to 15 metres and offers excellent stability against powerful shots. The Voon Soccer is perfect for gardens, parks, or indoor spaces. It’s suited for strikes from 1 to 7 metres and smooth surfaces. Plus, it’s much lighter and easier to transport, making it ideal for home training or sessions requiring less striking force. If you train on a pitch, go for the Football Pro. For smaller spaces, the Voon Soccer is your go-to choice.
The Dots have a battery life of around 10 hours of standard usage. When not in use, the battery can last up to 3 days. To ensure the battery lasts throughout your activity, it is advisable to fully charge the Dot before use.
Yes! The Dots are fully weatherproof, they can withstand the rainiest and the hottest of days, they are prepared for any condition.
The Dots can be charged placing the charger on each Dot with its electronic magnet. Full charging time [0% — 100%]: 1h 30min .
On the top right-hand corner of the app, tapping on the Dot icon, you can check the battery level of each Dot. You can also check their battery status when charging them without going on the app, they will display their battery percentage through the light. When fully charged, they will display a full green circle.
On the Dot section of the app, you can make each Dot blink or make a sound when connected, so you can easily identify them.
APP
You can connect to up to 10 Dots simultaneously.
The Dots can be placed around 30 metres away from each other and from the mobile device.
The app is currently available in English and Spanish, with the intention to keep on adding on languages in the near future.
To change the language, go to the profile section, click on the settings button on the top right-hand side and select display language.
Go to the profile section and on the manage players section you can add or remove players from your profile.
SHIPPING
Yes, we do offer international shipping. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your location, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and they'll be more than happy to help you with the details.
From the moment the order is placed, between 5 and 7 working days in Europe. Outside Europe, the delivery time may vary depending on the country. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Voon team.
All our products have a 2 year warranty. You can contact us AT support@voonsports.com if you have any issues regarding your product, we will be happy to assist you.
All of our shipments include insurance. If some of your items have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. Replacements will be promptly arranged with the Customer Care team. Please note: If the damages are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, you will be liable for the replacement costs.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to change the delivery address of an order; therefore, choose the delivery address carefully and contact our customer service for any changes.
You will receive a tracking number with your order, allowing you to check the progress of your delivery. If you have any specific questions about your order or its delivery status, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
Because customs regulations and policies vary by region and can change frequently, it is not always possible to anticipate all additional costs that may apply to your order. Customs charges may be determined by local authorities and may depend on factors such as the declared value of the package, the type of product and the country of origin, therefore we cannot provide you with exact information.
