Shipping
Below are some common questions about shipping.
Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. You can simulate the shipping cost both in the cart and at checkout. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your location, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and they'll be more than happy to help you with the details.
How do I track my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number with your order, allowing you to check the progress of your delivery. If you have any specific questions about your order or its delivery status, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
How long does my order take to arrive?
The average delivery time for an order is 2-4 business days. However, this may vary due to the following reasons:
- General shipping delays – Unexpected logistics issues can sometimes cause delays.
- Peak seasons – High-demand periods like holidays or special sales events (e.g., Black Friday) may extend shipping times.
We apologize for any delays with your order and appreciate your patience.
How do I know if my order will have any extra cost or custom charges?
Because customs regulations and policies vary by region and can change frequently, it is not always possible to anticipate all additional costs that may apply to your order. Customs charges may be determined by local authorities and may depend on factors such as the declared value of the package, the type of product and the country of origin, therefore we cannot provide you with exact information.
Orders & Returns
Below are some of are common questions about orders & returns.
Return policy
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received, in accordance with the consumer’s right of withdrawal. No justification is required, and no penalties will be applied.
The item must be returned in good condition, clean, complete (with all original components), and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
Product use
Our products are designed for intensive sports use, but the right of return does not grant a full trial period under real training conditions.
The product may only be handled or tested in a minimal and reasonable way, similar to what would be allowed in a physical store (for example, checking that it works when taken out of the box).
Returns will not be accepted, or the refund may be reduced, if the product shows:
- Persistent dirt or stains
- Visible wear (scratches, scuffs, marks)
- Breaks, damage or structural deformation
These conditions indicate usage beyond what is allowed during the withdrawal period, and we reserve the right to assess the condition of the product before accepting or calculating the refund.
Exclusion
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to incorrect, negligent, or improper use
- Products clearly used beyond a reasonable test (e.g., after a full training session on the field)
Return and shipping cost
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Products
Below are some common questions about our products.
How do de Dots Work?
The Dots work through our app. They connect through Bluetooth and communicate constantly. When connected, you can launch any drill from the list of drills on the app and the Dot will then collect data and send it back to the app. More info in this video.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life during use: Up to 6 hours (based on 50% of LEDs active, at ~20 °C)
Battery life on standby: Up to 10 days
Battery lifespan: Varies depending on usage intensity
Charging time: 4 hours (full charge)
Are the Dots weatherproof?
Yes! The Dots are fully weatherproof, they can withstand the rainiest and the hottest of days, they are prepared for any condition.
How do I charge de Dots?
Charging system:
Up to 4 Dots can be stacked and charged together in a tower.
The cable connects at the top via a magnetic connector and is designed to fit in only one position for ease of use.
Charging speed:
Each Dot requires approximately 400 mA. With a 2A power source, charging speed remains the same whether charging 1 Dot or up to 4 stacked Dots.
*With lower-power sources (e.g. a computer USB port), fewer Dots may charge at full speed simultaneously.
How do I check the battery status of each Dot?
On the top right-hand corner of the app, tapping on the Dot icon, you can check the battery level of each Dot. You can also check their battery status when charging them without going on the app, they will display their battery percentage through the light. When fully charged, they will display a full green circle.
How do I identify each Dot?
On the Dot section of the app, you can make each Dot blink, so you can easily identify them.
Apart from that, before starting an exercise, you can preview the Dots involved or the sequence to be followed (Blink Dots / Sequence Details).
How long is the warranty?
All our products have a 2 year warranty. You can contact us AT support@voonsports.com if you have any issues regarding your product, we will be happy to assist you.
APP
Below are some common questions about our app.
How many Dots can I connect simultaneously?
You can connect to up to 12 Dots simultaneously.
*The minimum and maximum number of connected Dots depend on your mobile device’s Bluetooth capabilities and specifications. Most devices can handle at least 6 Dots simultaneously.
What is the range of connectivity?
The Dots can be placed around 30 metres away from each other and from the mobile device.
In which languages is the app available?
The app is currently available in English, Spanish, Deutsch, French and Italian.
How do I change the language in the app?
To change the language, go to the profile section, click on the settings button on the top right-hand side and select display language. (In many cases, the language needs to be changed in the device settings on iOS or Android.)
How do I add or delete a player?
Go to the profile section and on the manage players section you can add or remove players from your profile.
