We recommend a minimum area of 3 x 3 meters (10 x 10 ft) to ensure players can move comfortably and enjoy the full experience. If you have more space available, even better—it allows spectators to gather around and creates a more engaging atmosphere.
Yes. The Fan Zone can be set up on natural grass, artificial turf, concrete, asphalt, sports courts, or indoor flooring. As long as the surface is flat and safe for participants, you're ready to play.
No. The ballast weights are not essential for using the Fan Zone. However, we highly recommend using them, especially outdoors, as they improve stability and provide the best possible playing experience.
No. The Voon Sports App is included with your Fan Zone purchase. There are no subscription fees, hidden costs, or additional licenses required to access the games and features included with your system.
You're covered. Every Fan Zone includes spare Dots, allowing you to quickly swap devices if needed and keep the experience running throughout the entire event without interruptions.
Absolutely. The Fan Zone supports multiple game modes and challenges, allowing you to keep the experience fresh throughout the day. Each game generates its own dedicated leaderboard, creating new competitions and encouraging visitors to come back and play again.

You can run the software on an iPhone or iPad, or mirror it to a TV or external display for a larger audience experience.
Please note that mobile devices, TVs, HDMI adapters, and any additional display accessories are not included with the Fan Zone package.
The Fan Zone software has been developed exclusively for iOS and is compatible with supported iPhones and iPads. At this time, Android devices are not supported.
Yes. The entire system has been designed for fast and intuitive installation. In just a few minutes, you'll have everything ready to welcome participants and start running interactive challenges.
The Fan Zone uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect the interactive Dots to your iPhone or iPad. Simply pair the Dots through the Voon Sports App before your event, and you're ready to go.
Once connected, the system maintains a stable wireless connection throughout gameplay. For the best experience, we recommend keeping the iOS device within the playing area and avoiding unnecessary obstacles between the device and the Dots.
No internet connection is required for the Bluetooth communication itself, so you can run the Fan Zone virtually anywhere.
